Santenay Villages Blanc Le Chainey Domaine Guerin vintage is now 2022.
In the 1970s, Mireille and Georges began selling bottled wine, using 6 hectares of vines.
The arrival of Marie and Franck in the 90s marked the end of cattle farming and red fruit cultivation, allowing a specialization in viticulture which reached 45 hectares of vines in production in 2016.
Today, Pierre-Antoine is the 5th generation of winegrowers in the family and, with his wife Manon, they continue to develop the estate through the planting of new family plots (60 hectares in 2024) as well as the development of the marketing of bottled wine.
Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay
This Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune is harvested on a plot situated in a privileged location in the heart of Maranges. The steep hillside is exposed east / south / east and the vine covers about one hectare.
Tasting Notes: At first, a shiny, light yellow dress. Aromas of white flowers on the nose as well as vanilla notes. On the palate, the freshness of this Chardonnay will captivate you with its notes of peaches, flint, and toasted flavors.
