The appellation vineyards stretch from Vienne to Avignon. The Côtes du Rhône appellation includes 171 communes across six départements: Ardèche, Drôme, Gard, Loire, Rhône and Vaucluse), covering an area of around 30,000 hectares.
Therefore it is the first producer of the Provence Alpes Côtes d’Azur and Languedoc Roussillon regions.
Red wines represent 93% of the production.
The southern climate ( Mediterranean style) is characterised by the mistral wind. Summers are usually hot and dry with storms that can be seriously violent.
Rains are not frequent and snow very rare.
Cotes du Rhone rouge, Hommage du Rhone is coming from a selection of parcels (right and left bank of the Rhone).

Grape Variety: Grenache 60 %, Syrah 40 % At first a beautiful ruby red colour. Then a nose of ripeness red fruits with spices notes.
At last a round and well balanced in the mouth, with a lovely freshness on finish.
Food Pairing recommendations: To serve between 15 and 17°C. To be drunk within 4 years.
A great companion with marinated peppers or marinated chicken with spices.
