This Chateau belonged to Gargan Baron who carried out successfully the first experiments against the phylloxera since 1879. Since then, the vineyard never stopped using modern vineyard techniques.
For instance, Chateau Les Vergnes received the certification “Integrated Farming” estate since 2005 .Then received the certification High Environmental Value,
Chateau Les Vergnes conducts a sustainable production approach. It respects a fundamental principle: to produce a quality wine while respecting the Men, the Earth and our Landscapes.
