Grazing on sustainable mountain pastures, the cows milk of Haute-Savoie are at the image of their immaculate environment. Also imparting unique grassy, flowery aromas to the meaty cheese. The texture is firm yet buttery. Also melting easily in the mouth.
Beaufort can be enjoyed with a wine from Savoie like Apremont or a Viognier base wine. Try it along side firm bread like a Buckwheat.
