Tasting Notes: This Muscat has a bright beginning in mouth with a great freshness due to fruity and crunchy aromas. Then, the ending is long with a lot of aromas such as you get the impression biting in a fresh grape.
Food Pairing: Enjoy Muscat with an aperitif, asparagus, spring rolls or salmon or sushis , a delight !
Serve it chilled between 8 to 10C.
First, Cave de Ribeauvillé covers a single vineyard of 235 hectares with 8 Grands Crus and numerous terroirs of great value.
Then a quality charter manages the entire estate. It guarantees manual harvesting, strict control of yields, work in the vineyard using reasoned control or organic farming.
All the grapes are brought to the press in whole bunches. The juice then flows by simple gravity into the vats. Thanks to state-of-the-art equipment, the wines of the Cave de Ribeauvillé respect the purity of the grape variety and the identity of each terroir. The wines are frank, straight, fresh, fruity and express all the richness of the great Alsatian terroirs.
