Mas D’Encha l’approche Faugeres 2020
This vineyard is located on the foothills of Cevennes looking at the South. They benefit from an optimal sunshine combined with cool summer nights.
Grape Variety: 80% Syrah, 20% grenache
Tasting Notes: At first, a glossy robe with deep shimmers. Then, the nose is intense and dominated by blackberries and South of France aromas. Overall, on the palate it reveals a solid structure with beautiful notes of thyme and ciste flowers.
Reasonable and controlled tannins with mineral notes.
Food Pairing Recommendations: A great friend to taste with a red meat with gravy sauce. It will pair deliciously well with a beef fillet.
